Die aktuelle Raumfahrt umfasst eine Vielzahl gleichzeitig aktiver Missionen, die das Sonnensystem und das ferne Universum erforschen. Die Koordination erfolgt durch Raumfahrtagenturen weltweit — darunter NASA, ESA, JAXA, ISRO, CNSA und Roscosmos.
Im inneren Sonnensystem sind Missionen wie BepiColombo (Merkur), Solar Orbiter (Sonne), Parker Solar Probe (Sonnenkorona) und mehrere Mars-Rover und -Orbiter aktiv. Im äußeren Sonnensystem operiert Juno am Jupiter, während New Horizons den Kuipergürtel durchquert. Die Voyager-Sonden senden weiterhin Daten aus dem interstellaren Raum.
Weltraumteleskope wie das James Webb Space Telescope, Chandra, XMM-Newton, Fermi und Gaia beobachten das Universum in verschiedenen Wellenlängen. Die Internationale Raumstation (ISS) bleibt die zentrale Plattform für die bemannte Raumfahrt, während China mit der Tiangong-Station eine eigene Plattform betreibt.

Current spaceflight encompasses a wide range of simultaneously active missions exploring the Solar System and the distant universe. Coordination is provided by space agencies worldwide — including NASA, ESA, JAXA, ISRO, CNSA, and Roscosmos.
In the inner Solar System, missions such as BepiColombo (Mercury), Solar Orbiter (Sun), Parker Solar Probe (solar corona), and several Mars rovers and orbiters are active. In the outer Solar System, Juno operates at Jupiter, while New Horizons traverses the Kuiper Belt. The Voyager probes continue transmitting data from interstellar space.
Space telescopes including the James Webb Space Telescope, Chandra, XMM-Newton, Fermi, and Gaia observe the universe at various wavelengths. The International Space Station (ISS) remains the central platform for human spaceflight, while China operates its own Tiangong station.
